A small tree of the apple family that grows naturally in the Shrimp Plateau. When it is in full bloom, it is all white, but at the beginning of blooming, the color changes from dark pink buds to pale pink as it begins to open, which attracts many people. Kirishima's famous flower, which was designated as a national natural monument in the 12th year of Taisho, is proud.
